Steve Castleton has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, business development, client relationship management, and transaction management. Currently, Steve is responsible for sourcing and acquiring residential, industrial, office, and hospitality real estate assets at Property Reserve.
Prior to Property Reserve, Steve was a managing
director at Chatham Financial, a global advisory and technology firm that focuses on financial risk management. During his 20 years at Chatham Financial, he was a leading technical expert on hedging transactions, developed new lines of business, managed key client relationships, and led business development efforts for the financial services sector.
Prior to Chatham Financial, Steve worked on financial services clients for Ernst & Young, on the client services team at Bridgewater Associates, and on the Derivative and Hedging project at the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
Steve graduated from Brigham Young University in 2000 with a master’s in accountancy.
