Steve is responsible for operational and service levels for all Bongo facilities and customer-facing functions for Bongo International. He has an extensive background in process design, process improvements and performance optimization for large organizations including the United States Post Office and Medicare. Prior to joining Bongo, Steve spent
several years assisting clients in large organizational and operational changes while driving performance metrics and overall enterprise efficiency. Steve holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech and is an avid runner with a long string of appearances at the Boston Marathon.
