Prior to joining Terascala, Steve was CEO of ManageSoft, which was acquired by Flexera Software. He has been a high technology CEO for the past 15 years including publicly-traded Segue Software (acquired by Borland). His history includes a track record of creating
rapid profitable growth by building multi-level channels and includes strong international experience – global channels, offshore development, and support. Additionally, he has considerable M&A and funding experience, including international M&A. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering.
