Stephen has a strong international corporate finance background, over 30 years, focused on delivering growth and structuring international partnership and joint venture deals for his clients.
Stephen set up his own business in 1990 to provide specialist advice and expertise to growth businesses seeking to develop new markets in Britain, Europe and
North America. The business, TI Partners, has grown into one of Europe’s top business practices focused uniquely on supporting clients’ growth internationally through partnering, joint venture, alliance management and new market entry services; and careful planning for the most favourable type of arrangements which clients can negotiate with partners, governments and regulators.
In addition to managing TI Partners' London office, Stephen is non executive Chairman of an online "two sided" platform, WeddingPlanner.co.uk, enabling wedding couples to search, find and book their wedding suppliers.
Stephen is also part of the international sales team of Brussels headquartered Memnon Archiving Services, world leading service provider in the field of audio visual digitisation and digital archive preservation. Since July 2015, Memnon is a fully owned Sony subsidiary.
