Stephen is the founder and Executive Chairman of Accrue Capital and is responsible for investor relations and the strategic development of the business. He sits on the Boards of all subsidiaries and investment funds.
Stephen is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a successful Principal in real estate investment and
other business sectors. Prior to establishing Accrue, he was a Main Board Director of DTZ, where he advised many banks, corporates and institutions. He has extensive real estate experience in all sectors and has been involved in numerous real estate projects throughout the UK and Continental Europe.
