Stephen Thomas, B.S. Mechanical Engineering has been working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at ReSound GN for over five years. Before that he worked for five years as a mechanical engineer & machinist for a micro-manufacturing company.
While at ReSound, he has been the lead engineer for the SureFit & SureFit2 Receiver and Dome portfolios.
He has also been a contributor to the mechanical design for multiple other successful products such as the Beltone First, Beltone Legend, ReSound Linx and Linx2. His design work on the SureFit Receiver and Linx2 was featured in the Apple commercial "Win Whitaker Mountain Guide."
While in micro-manufacturing he created programs in Excel to calculate measurements of parts comprised of complex geometric shapes, one of which was used by NASA.
