Stephen joined Enterprise Ventures as Non-Executive Director in 2004 and became Chairman in January 2011.
He has spent the last few years as Chairman or Non Executive Director with a variety of high growth businesses, often Private Equity backed. These include NES, Xantus Consulting, Inov8, and Huntress Group.
Earlier in his career he was founder
of Springboard plc, an AIM listed investment business that specialised in backing experienced management teams, and prior to that was a Director of 3i plc.
