As a founding member and the first employee of Paradox, Stephen currently serves as Senior Vice President of Product where he is responsible for bringing Paradox's AI Recruiting Assistant, Olivia, to life. His unique set of Product
skills and background in Computer Science allows him to take the complexities of building an artificial intelligence and create a simplified and beautiful candidate and recruiter experience. Stephen works closely with our product and engineering team to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of Olivia, while also adding new features and benefits. Prior to Paradox, Stephen was recognized as a College Entrepreneur of the Year by Entrepreneur Magazine and has built several software companies, with one leading to an acquisition.
