Stephen Matic brings over 25 years of experience across real estate development, private equity, and executive leadership to his role managing the fund. His career spans ground-up development, value-add acquisitions, and C-suite operations across multifamily, industrial, retail, and commercial asset classes in markets from coast to coast.
As
President of GM Realty Company, Matic has sourced, underwritten, and managed a diverse portfolio of development and acquisition projects, delivering significant value creation across each. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of The Staenberg Group, overseeing a portfolio exceeding 1.5 million square feet of retail and entertainment assets.
Matic serves on the Board of Directors at Delmar Divine and is currently completing his Executive MBA at Washington University's Olin Business School. He holds a BS from Northwestern University.
