Stephen received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Langston University in Langston, OK. After years of considerable success, Mr. Carter decided to go back to school and pursue a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He received his MBA in Change Management and Finance from the University of Houston – Clear Lake and
began working primarily in the Finance arena. Stephen has served in managerial and executive level positions for Consulting Firms, Medical Insurance Companies, Oil & Gas Upstream & Downstream Companies and Technology firms. Stephen has over 21 years of finance and management experience and continues to be heavily involved in his community, church, and family life.
Currently, Mr. Carter is a CEO & Partner of Sterling Staffing Solutions – a medical therapy staffing firm serving the Greater Houston and surrounding rural areas. His company is on target to gross over $8M in sales for 2018. Mr. Carter is also CEO & Chief Teaching Officer of White Orchid Hospice, LLC – a hospice company providing palliative and hospice services to patients within the Fort Bend County area of Texas. Stephen shares his success with his beautiful wife of 17 years, Daphane, executive for a local charter school system, his three daughters Yasmine, Madison and Morgan.
