As COO, Stephen Lehay’s responsibilities include risk management, operational process re-engineering, and evaluation of strategic opportunities for the company. Stephen has been involved in the FX industry since 1996, starting with asset managers State Street Global Advisors and Wellington Management Company, and then with senior roles at a series
of successful margin trading firms that he has either founded or joined in their infancy.
Previous companies include IFX Markets, Back Bay FX, CMAP, and oneZero Financial Systems. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ithaca College, and an MBA –Finance/Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
