Stephen Spey is an equity owner and Managing Director at Clarion Partners as well as a Portfolio Manager. Steve is responsible for all aspects of portfolio management, asset management and disposition activities for his separate account clients. He has extensive portfolio management experience across core and value-add strategies working with
discretionary and non-discretionary client relationships. Steve joined Clarion Partners in 2003 and began working in the real estate industry in 1974. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Property Manager, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
