Stephen is Arbor's Product Lead for teaching and learning. Before going into edtech he spent 6 years as a middle leader teaching Humanities at Royds Hall Community School, and then became a Technical Innovations Leader for The Aspire Co-Operative Learning Trust. Stephen has also held various roles centred around deploying technology in
classrooms, leading CPD events, and developing bespoke software to track student progress and manage behaviour.
