Stephen Hearne brings over twenty years of financial experience to the organization. Mr. Hearne's responsibilities include evaluating acquisition opportunities, leading the capital raising efforts, global structuring, tax, accounting, and managing the administrative functions of the organization. Prior to joining ACS in 2011, he held various
senior-level financial, management, and strategy positions for companies across multiple industries. Most recently, he served as VP of Finance for DMX, Inc. (sold to Mood Media) where he led the treasury, FP&A, and the financial strategy of the company. Prior to that he held leadership positions in the Finance and Marketing groups of Activant Solutions, Inc. (sold to Epicor). Mr. Hearne received his M.B.A from Baylor University and a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University. He currently resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and three children.
