Stephen Harris is chief corporate & strategy officer for EE, responsible for strategy (including market research & insight), legal & regulatory, public policy, property and facilities, the communications team, and shareholder relations and the running of the chief executive office. Stephen was previously chief of staff to the CEO from
the launch of the joint venture, before moving to his current role under CEO Olaf Swantee in 2011. Prior to this, Stephen was the business development director for Orange, launching a number of strategic partnerships including HMV (for in-store concessions) and Barclaycard (developing the world of mobile payments). He joined Orange in 2005 as the marketing performance director, before moving on to the role of pricing and commercial director.
Prior to joining Orange, Stephen spent seven years with Cable & Wireless leading their UK, Europe and US commercial function. Stephen is an accountant by profession and lives in Henley-on-Thames with his wife and two young children.
