Mr. Feldman is a Senior Partner at Marcum LLP, and member of its SEC Practice Group. He has 35 years of professional experience working with specializations in the areas of SEC re porting, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, equity and debt refinancing and new capital formation. He has served as a member of Marcum's Executive Committee
and on the board of advisors of Marcum Cronus Partners. He was a founding member and President of an international affiliation of accounting firms where he oversaw the activities of accounting practices in more than 70 counties. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the Florida State Society of Certified Public Accountants (FLSCPA).
