Prior to Kinderhook Partners, LLC, in 1984 Steve founded Geocapital , a leading venture capital fund. Before Geocapital, Steve was a Partner at Adler & Company, a NY-based venture capital firm. He was also a consultant at Bain & Company. He has been a director of numerous public and private companies. Steve received a B.A. in Mathematics
from Haverford College, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and a J.D. from Harvard University.
