Steve Barr has 30 years experience in business and IT enterprise environments, within both the public and private sector. He has a diverse background covering a broad range of roles including business strategy and enterprise architecture, business management, programme delivery, leading large teams and consultancy. He has extensive experience in
initiating and defining innovative solutions based on business needs and delivering enterprise-wide strategic solutions in large accounts. As a strategic leader within Microsoft, Steve has worked with CxOs across Government and the private sector, driving innovation around new technologies such as AI, Blockchain, cloud and mobile, whilst also covering security concerns. He is a member of the Government’s All Party Parliamentary Groups for AI and Blockchain and is often a speaker on innovation, technology driven business outcomes, Cybersecurity and how organisation can transform to the new 'cloud world'.
