Steve is a Managing Director in Baird’s Industrial and Clean Tech Investment Banking practices. Since joining Baird in 2000, Steve has advised on a variety of mergers and acquisitions and equity financings, including 17 transactions totaling more than $2.0 billion in the process treatment / filtration sector.
Before joining Baird, Steve was
a Vice President at Tucker Anthony. Prior to graduate business school, he provided corporate tax and other advisory services for Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). Steve earned an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan Business School and graduated with a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
