Stephanie Warner works with General Atlantic's Resources Group, advising portfolio companies on a range of issues related to human capital.
Before joining GA in 2012, Stephanie worked at Egon Zehnder, the global executive search firm, where she led the U.S. Investment Banking Practice Group and was a senior member of the Private Equity and
Asset Management Practice Groups. She was a founding partner of The Piper Group, a boutique financial services executive search firm, where she placed candidates across a wide spectrum of positions at Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, Capital Z, Doughty Hanson, Fortis Investments, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and UBS, among others.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers where she advised the firm's Industrial, Technology, Financial Services and Consumer clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and derivatives transactions.
Stephanie is active in the education and not-for-profit arenas. She plays significant roles in the Special Olympics and the Girl Scouts and is a former member of the Greenwich Board of Education Special Task Force Committee.
Stephanie holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics with Honors from Barnard College where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
