Stephanie is responsible for the Back and Middle Office as well as the entire control of dealings by the funds under the funding they realize (covenants, conventions, statutes, accretion mechanisms ratchet, conventions OC , BSA, etc..). It also manages the relationship with the AMF funds and third parties (shareholders, underwriters, auditors,
custodians).
