Stefania is an experienced battery engineer with a background in entrepreneurship. She specializes in the following areas: recycling of lithium power packs for electric vehicles, manufacturing of independent and modular stationary energy storage units, including prototyping, testing and installation. She has also worked on the development of
mechanical design solutions, implementation of a new innovative concept and technology for (modular) energy storage systems, using Lithium Ion and LMP cells, modules and battery packs for buses and trucks. She was a member of an international team of engineers pioneering a new 100% electric propulsion system for heavy trucks. Finally, she worked on the development of a stationary charging unit and energy storage system.
