Stefan Roslund is the Co-Founder of MOXSEA and a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in boating, boat sharing, events, and customer experience businesses.
He is the founder of Stora Blå, one of Sweden's leading team-building and adventure companies, known for creating experiential programs on land and sea for corporate clients.
Through his work, Stefan built one of Sweden's largest RIB boat fleets and developed a deep understanding of marine operations, customer experience, fleet management, and commercial boating businesses.
Stefan also co-founded and operated a successful boat club in Mallorca, where he gained first-hand experience managing memberships, fleet utilization, maintenance, and member engagement. He also build De Antonio Yachts Club; from concept to implementing the clubs globally through their dealer network. These operational insights became part of the foundation for MOXSEA.
As a co-founder of MOXSEA, Stefan contributes industry expertise, customer understanding, and practical knowledge of how shared boating businesses operate and scale.
