Graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Weiselberg pursued his Medical Degree from New York University School of Medicine in 1979 before becoming a Resident at Lenox Hill Hospital from 1979-1982. He then went on and completed his fellowship in 1984 at New York Medical College. For two years, he was a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at
the New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY.
Dr. Weiselberg is licensed to practice in the State of New York and is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American College of Gastroenterology, and American College of Physicians.
He is married with four children. His running accomplishments include nine marathons and twenty-eight Boilermakers
