With over twenty-five years in health care services, Mr Grice is a subject matter expert in oncology service line development, diagnostic imaging, and health information technology applications. Currently he serves as President and CEO of Washington, DC based SeeMD, a mHealth technology platform focusing on care coordination/adherence and
Appian360, a heath IT clinical pathways company.
He is a principal in Integrated Medical Technologies, a healthcare IT company focusing on Radiological Information Systems and is an investor in Affiliated PET Systems, an advanced imaging provider.
Mr Grice has consulted with equipment manufacturers and over 50 imaging centers to plan, implement, and grow their advanced imaging business. He has proven experience in business development, strategic planning, marketing, and mergers and acquisitions with multi-specialty physicians, health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and manufacturers.
In 1997 he established corporate development initiatives for Oncology Affiliates, Inc., a start-up oncology company funded with $16 million in initial capital. In 1999, Physician Health Corporation, with annual revenues reaching $125 million, engaged Mr Grice to serve as its Senior Vice President for Corporate Development. In that capacity, he led its medical and radiation oncology development initiatives, which included mergers and acquisitions, provider network development, new product development, growth strategies, clinical trials, and international partnerships.
Following graduate school at Tulane University School of Public Health, he worked for National Medical Enterprises. Mr Grice serves on the advisory board of several technology companies, is a member of the Health Information Management Systems Society, Association of Community Cancer Centers, Society of Nuclear Medicine, and is actively involved as community fund raiser to aid patients care initiatives.
