Stacy Huggins is a technology entrepreneur, featured speaker and seasoned marketing executive who is considered a thought leader in blockchain technology and token strategy. Stacy is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of NIO, INC. a Blockchain and Cryptocurrency consulting firm helping clients harness decentralized technology to transform
industries and achieve global impact. NIO specializes in strategy, tokenomics, marketing, fundraising and technical development of blockchain and token layer protocols.
Stacy has been an active part of the blockchain community since 2015 when she Co-Founded MadHive, a data management platform using blockchain and token economics to establish a fair, efficient and secure exchange within the advertising industry. MadHive subsequently launched the MAD Network and successfully completed a token generation event. Stacy is also a founding member of AdLedger, the media industry’s first blockchain consortium comprised of the industry’s largest stakeholders. Stacy served as the non-profit's first ever Executive Director and was responsible for mobilizing and growing the organization to 70 active members. Stacy has over 18 years of experience in adtech designing and executing innovative technology solutions and data-driven marketing campaigns. Stacy has worked directly with such companies as, IBM, TEGNA, American Express, Sony Music, The Weinstein Company, IAC, sbe Hotels & Casinos and Tamara Mellon.
