Stacey Olson is a Bay Area native with a broad range of experience working with both regional and multi-national financial institutions. Prior to Formation 8, Stacey spent seven years as part of PricewaterhouseCoopers Asset Management Practice based in both San Francisco and Hong Kong. Stacey has extensive knowledge and experience working with
Advisors, Managers, Hedge Fund, Private Equity and Venture Capital organizations across a diverse range of asset classes. Stacey joined the Formation 8 team in April 2013. At Formation 8, she specializes in portfolio management, financial analysis and international entity structuring and management.
Stacey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Sonoma State University, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and anything outdoors.
