Stacey Coopes is the Chief Executive Officer at FordDirect since June 2011. Stacey is a seasoned industry expert with a fresh approach to lead generation and auto sales in the digital era. FordDirect, a joint venture between Ford Motor Company and its franchised dealers to create a comprehensive Web presence for dealers and provide digital
marketing services that help dealers sell more cars and trucks.
Previously, Stacey served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Technology at the company, and has been a member of the FordDirect management team for the past eight years.
Under Stacey's leadership, FordDirect has extended its services, to include digital advertising, inventory management, social media and reputation management programs. Ford dealers sold more than 420,000 new vehicles from FordDirect Internet referrals in 2013. FordDirect’s Internet referrals currently represent 24 percent of Ford Motor Co. retail sales.
Stacey earned her MBA in Startegy and Marketing from University of Michigan.
