Srinivas has more than 25 years of experience including general management, technology strategy and product development leadership experience in semiconductor based systems and software. He was at Intel for nearly 20 years and served in a variety of increasingly important positions, managing teams in architecture, design, verification, validation
and eco-system enablement. He founded and successfully grew Intel’s server system development activities in Bangalore, India and served as the GM. He was instrumental in defining and developing multiple generations of Intel’s Microprocessors (Pentium®III, Pentium®II, proliferations), Microcontrollers and Graphics products across many geographies.
Srinivas subsequently led software development activities at Cadence Design Systems and Phoenix Technologies. At Cadence, as Corporate Vice President he led the revitalisation of the Virtuoso® platform focused on Analog Mixed Signal and Digital Custom Design. His leadership of Phoenix Technologies’ engineering and services groups as Vice President was critical to the successful sale of the company to private equity. Srinivas was most recently, the Vice President of SoC Design Verification at Cypress.
Srinivas has an B.S. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from M.S. University in Baroda, India and an M.S.E.E degree from Pennsylvania State University and has completed advanced studies in Business, Finance and Accounting.
