Srin Subra is a Managing Director with multi-functional experience across private equity and corporate finance in the Technology, Business Services, Consumer, and Financial Services sectors.
Representative engagements at Accordion include various operationally focused engagements, including KPIs & reporting process development, budgeting and
forecasting process design and implementation, and profitability analysis & enhancement. In addition, Srin has also led various transaction focused engagements such as due diligence and valuation analysis for the acquisition of a complex portfolio of secondary assets, sell-side readiness, and corporate development support.
Prior to joining Accordion, Srin was a Vice President at iQor, a business-services company focused on the financial and consumer sectors. While at iQor, he worked closely with senior management to successfully lead a restructuring that helped turnaround the firm and guided the company through a sale process. Key contributions included sale process leadership, due diligence management, and transaction analysis and recommendations to the board.
