Sophia Chen, Regional Director – Asia Pacific at G2 Web Services, is responsible for driving business growth and enhancing existing client relationships for G2 in the Asia-Pacific region. Sophia brings over a decade of experience in risk and compliance in the payments industry to her role.
Most recently, she was the Director of Northern Asia
Operations at Trustwave, where she established and developed the company’s business in Asia Pacific. Prior to Trustwave, Sophia was Manager of Account Information Security in the Risk Management team at Visa International Asia Pacific, where she launched the Visa Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliance initiative. As the Country Risk Manager of Greater China at Visa International Asia Pacific, she expanded the Account Information Security Program to payment application providers and merchants. Before joining Visa, Sophia was a Technical Consultant and Senior Analyst at TSYS Card Tech Limited.
