Sonu Panda is founder and Chief Operating Officer at H.Bloom. As COO, he oversees all aspects of H.Bloom’s business operations, from best practices process development and implementation, to individual day-to-day market activity (including global sourcing, production, and fulfillment).
Sonu has deep expertise in sales, product management, and
operations gained through fifteen years of leadership experience in the software industry. Prior to founding H.Bloom, he served as Vice President of On-Demand Sales for Callidus Software, a leading global cloud provider of hiring, learning, marketing, and selling solutions, and helped drive its transformation from a traditional enterprise software company to a publicly-traded Software As A Service company with over $100M in revenue. Prior to driving Callidus’ On-Demand initiative, Sonu oversaw rapid revenue growth as Vice President of Sales for various regions in Callidus’ North America, EMEA, and Latin America operating theaters. Sonu began his career in business development at Trilogy Software.
Sonu graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics and BAS in Systems Engineering.
