She was previously Company Secretary/ Corporate Affairs for Extract Resources, which discovered the Husab Uranium Project in Namibia. During her time at Extract, Ms Lancaster played a major role in the successful takeover
by CGNPC, a Chinese State-owned entity for $2.2 billion.
