Simon Mallinson joined Real Capital Analytics in January 2013. Simon is responsible for the client service, management and development of RCA’s expanding EMEA business. He also shares responsibility for RCA’s Asia-Pacific business with a focus on client and analytic services.
Before joining RCA Simon was Senior Director leading European
Research at Invesco Real Estate. Prior to Invesco, Simon held a number of roles with IPD in London and the United States. As Head of US Services he established IPD’s first North American office.
