Mr. He was held senior positions at Vertex Venture Holdings, Prax Capital, the Development Principles Group, and Ernst & Young.
Simon received his master’s degree in
accounting and finance from the University of Leeds, and a bachelor’s degree with a double major in both Accounting and Finance from the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
