Simon Granger is OmPrompt's Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for managing all aspects of company operations relating to finance, accounting and compliance.
Simon is a seasoned finance professional with considerable experience of managing the finances of high-growth technology businesses and of corporate finance transactions from
raising venture capital finance through to business sales and stock exchange flotations.
He holds an MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and is a member of the Faculties of Corporate Finance and Taxation.
Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in their London office, where he spent ten years including stints in Audit, Corporate Advisory Services, Litigation Support and Entrepreneurial Services, and on secondment to NatWest.
He left Ernst & Young to be Group Finance Director and run the acquisition program of a public company before joining an entrepreneurial private group as CFO and Company Secretary. Simon subsequently joined Henley based Chartered Accountants and corporate finance boutique Hurst Morrison Thomson where he was a Corporate Finance Partner before setting up his own practice in 2002.
