Simon Calton possesses over 12 years experience in financing and company structuring, He utilizes his extensive experience to find investment opportunities in different sectors that present both stability and upside. His core model is to carry out extensive due diligence, identify a specific security or asset, structure multiple exit strategies,
and find the niche within that opportunity to move it from undesirable to investible.
Since 2008, Simon has structured a number of Alternative Investment Products focused primarily around Construction and Development in the US and UK. These projects include work on behalf of Carlton James’ Borrower - SW Land & Development, which was one of the first organizations in North Dakota dedicated to building more hotels across the US.
In addition to acting as a Private & Commercial Investment Strategist, Simon has a track record as a successful property consultant with 10 years’ experience. His speciality area in the property industry has led to substantial gains on behalf of many investors who have engaged him and the groups he associates with.
