As a Chartered Surveyor with 12 years post qualification experience Simon now specialises in residential lease extensions and freehold purchases
(enfranchisement) across London and the South East.
Simon set up South East Leasehold in 2007 and the company has gone from strength to strength.
From a Building Surveying and valuation background
Simon understands the principles involved in proper valuation to meet the need of his clients.
Simon deals with approximately 300 to 400 lease extensions or freehold purchases per year. He provides services for individual leaseholders and large clients across London and the South East.
Through the Leasehold Reform legislation Simon negotiates direct with landlords and obtains significant savings on the cost of lease extensions or freehold purchases. He also attends the LVT and presents evidence in cases where the premiums are disputed.
South East Leasehold are fully qualified Chartered Surveyors, member of the RICS and ALEP (the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners) and are one of the leading authorities in the country on Leasehold Reform matters.
