Sidney Xuande Huang has served as JD.com's Chief Financial Officer since September 2013.
Prior to joining J.D.com, Huang was the Chief Financial Officer of Pactera Technology International Ltd., a NASDAQ-listed IT services provider, and its predecessor company, VanceInfo Technologies Inc., from July 2006 to September 2013. Huang was also
the Co-President of VanceInfo Technologies Inc. from 2011 to 2012 and its Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2010.
Prior to that, Huang was the Chief Financial Officer with two other China-based companies in technology and internet sectors between 2004 and 2006.
Huang was an Investment Banker with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in New York from 2002 to 2004.
Huang served as an Audit Manager of KPMG LLP from 1996 to 2000 and was a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
Huang is currently a Director of Bitauto Holdings Limited, an internet company listed on the NYSE.
Huang obtained his Master's of Business Administration with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as an Austin Scholar. Huang received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, where he graduated as class valedictorian.
