Sherry Fox was responsible for overseeing all aspects of LumiWave’s product development, distribution, marketing and sales, financial operations and investor relations. Fox and her late husband Joe Pecukonis, an electrical engineer and inventor, founded BioCare Systems, Inc. in 1999. Their goal was to design, develop and market innovative new
medical devices using the latest light therapy technology to help relieve pain, enhance healing and improve the quality of life for active people suffering from debilitating conditions. The LumiWave® Infrared Light Therapy Device was developed and patented in 2005 by Fox and her team of engineers.
