Shel Perham is Chief Financial Officer at Aftershock, He also served as senior vice president, finance of Kabam, a leader in AAA mobile free-to-play games. Shel joined Kabam in 2012 and manages the company’s worldwide finance and accounting functions including financial planning, tax, risk management, treasury and external reporting.
Shel has more
than 25 years of experience in domestic and international roles including chief financial officer/chief operations officer of Perquest Inc., one of the fastest growing payroll firms in the U.S. Prior to Perquest, Shel was vice president and chief accounting officer of UTStarcom, Inc., a leading global provider of wireline and wireless telecommunication equipment.
Shel was also the vice president of finance at ProBusiness Inc., a $160 million public company and fourth largest payroll and HR services firm in the U.S. He also held senior finance roles at Hexcel Corporation, an international aerospace and advanced composite company, where he managed various groups including European financial operations while serving as an expatriate in Belgium.
Shel is a CPA and started his career with the San Francisco office of Deloitte & Touche. He is a co-founder and a member of the board of directors of The Creek, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving youth in Contra Costa County. He holds a B.A. in Business/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
