Currently, I'm the internal legal lead at LBXPro, working on the legal and structural foundations of a tokenized investment platform. It's hands-on, multi-jurisdictional work — spanning entity structuring, compliance frameworks, and keeping
legal ahead of the commercial and technical build.
Before this, five years across corporate law, cross-border compliance, and privacy — at a law firm, a fast-scaling EdTech, and a hospital network. Highlights: 15+ due diligences, $100M+ in transactions, a PII compliance team at 99.8% closure rate. I pursued my INSEAD MBA — graduating as a recipient of the Asia Enterprise Fund Scholarship — to bridge legal strategy with business growth.
The thread through all of it: how do you structure things so the business can move fast, raise capital, and operate across jurisdictions without the foundation cracking?
That's the question I keep coming back to — especially where it meets LegalTech, tokenised assets, and AI regulation.
