Shannon has been a world class E-learning developer for companies such as IBM, American Express, State Farm, JP Morgan Chase, Acosta and AT&T over the past seven years. In his roles with these firms, he created course plans, reference guides, conducted software demonstrations, and he designed and delivered learning content in print, graphical,
audio, video, and animation formats. He worked closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create courses under very tight time restrictions across a variety of software platforms. His interactive designs helped uses increase knowledge transfer. He developed test banks and narration for voiceovers and text-to-speech software applications. His knowledge of various Learning Management Systems (LMS) software will be an invaluable asset to the Company. He fully understands how content and marketing overlap and will be integral in developing ESA marketing plans.
