As CFO of PlanSource Shane Streufert brings over 15 years of senior-level management experience in transportation, communications and SaaS companies to manage all aspects of finance, accounting, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining PlanSource, Shane held senior management positions at LiveTV, a wholly owned subsidiary of JetBlue (JBLU),
NuVox and FDN Communications. Shane played a key role in negotiating and executing the $500M+ merger of FDN and NuVox. The combined company was subsequently sold to Windstream Corporation (WIN) for $643 million two years later. Prior to FDN, Shane held leadership positions at Terion Inc., a communications and asset tracking company that was sold to GE Equipment Services (GE) and ServiceNet an enterprise company of Accenture (ACN) that provided software-as-a-service globally. Shane earned a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration at the University of South Dakota.
