Dr. Sanders is a co-founder, Chief Scientist, and CTO of Amber Kinetics. He drives the Company's technology vision and leads the engineering team. Dr. Sanders is on the faculty of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences Department at UC Berkeley. He is a world-recognized expert in the field of power electronics and power conversion
systems and began directing flywheel R&D projects at UC Berkeley in the mid-1990s.Dr. Sanders holds S.B. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics, and an S.M. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
