Seth Schofield graduated from the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development in 1975.
He served in various corporate staff positions after joining USAir, Inc. in 1957 and became executive vice president of Operations in 1981. Seth served as president and chief operating officer of US Air from 1990 until 1991. He was elected
president and chief executive officer in 1991 and became chairman of the boards of USAir Group and USAir, Inc. in 1992. He retired in January 1996.
Seth is the presiding director of United States Steel Corporation and chairman of the board of Calgon Carbon Corporation.
