Sedat Mança is an entrepreneur, company builder, digital transformation specialist and Civil Engineer with a passion for Digital Technologies. He is the co-founder and CEO of Arventek, which was established in 2020 with the mission of advancing digital transformation in the construction and energy sector. With the RemoteSite product they have
developed, they aim to bring the real world online by building an intelligent eco-system that translates the real world into a version understandable to AI. This technology creates an ecosystem focused on building a more sustainable future, automating business and maximizing time and cost savings by using a wealth of new insights to help people make better decisions.
Sedat is passionate about innovating and transforming business models challenged by new technologies, new construction methods, regulators, new competitors and market changes such as sustainability/net zero. He offers innovative and commercially viable solutions to all technical, commercial and digital issues.
Prior to Arventek, he worked on large-scale national and international projects in the construction industry, helping them overcome the challenges of digital transformation and technology adoption. At the same time, he provided consultancy on Building Information Modeling (BIM), Innovation in the Construction Sector, PMIS (Project Management Information Systems), Project Management Methodologies, Agile and Lean Construction and Construction Management, with the experience of business and process development expertise.
In 2012, he graduated from Süleyman Demirel University Construction Technology and Istanbul Gelişim University Civil Engineering and then Atatürk University Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) departments. Working at international companies such as Enka İnşaat and IHI Infrasructure Systems, he took positions in Occupational Health and Safety and Project Management Offices in the Major Repair and Maintenance projects of the İzmit Bay Crossing Suspension Bridge, the Istanbul Bogazici and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridges. He managed a successful Digital Transformation process both in the head office and in domestic and international project management processes, together with ENKA Systems products, at the PMO Project Management company, which he joined in 2018 as the Digital Transformation and Process Development Leader.
He is the Secretary General of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), an active and leader member of the Istanbul Project Management Association - Construction Interest Group, a member of the Contechverse Construction Technology community, the Turkish Artificial Intelligence Initiative Association and many other organizations.
