Sean Ozbolt is a Partner of Aurora Resurgence. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the investment process, including origination, execution and portfolio company oversight. He has led several successful debt and equity investments and has served on numerous corporate boards.
Sean Ozbolt has more than seventeen years of private equity and
credit investing experience. Prior to joining Aurora, he was a Managing Director with Bayside Capital, an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, where he spent nine years focused on special situations and complex debt and equity transactions. Previously, he worked with private equity firms Saunders Karp & Megrue and J.H. Whitney and Co. Sean Ozbolt began his career in the leveraged finance group at First Union Capital Markets.
Sean Ozbolt received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He has been an active member of the Turnaround Management Association.
