Seán is an English-qualified (City of London trained) commercial lawyer. He has 25 years’ broad commercial experience in private practice and in industry and has 15 years’ specific experience in the renewable energy sector. He has drafted, negotiated and closed land, joint-venture, shareholder, investment, technology-supply, construction, off-take
and operational contracts across wind, solar, tidal, waste-treatment and AD/CHP projects in Ireland, the U.K., N. America and Africa.
He has also advised an African government on a land / maritime boundary dispute at the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
