Sean Joffe is the managing director at Greenhill Co. Mr. Joffe is a member of the Sixpoint Partners distribution team and is responsible for managing relationships in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic US. Prior to joining Sixpoint, Mr. Joffe was an Associate at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors/Leveraged Finance group where he helped
analyze, advise, and execute on financial sponsor related transactions including high yield, leveraged loan and bridge financings in support of leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations and IPOs. Before Credit Suisse, Mr. Joffe was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. He earned an MBA from the Stern School of Business (NYU) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Bucknell University, and is a General Securities Representative (Series 7, Series 63), registered with FINRA. Mr. Joffe is a CFA® charterholder.
